This online store was built using WordPress and WooCommerce, offering a robust e-commerce platform. To ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipment tracking, the Swisspost delivery service API was integrated. Lottie animations were used to give the website a visually engaging look.
To streamline inventory management and data synchronization, the store established an API connection with the warehouse company, Backstar. Additionally, the store provides various delivery options and payment methods to accommodate a wide range of customer preferences.
We have addressed the client's concerns by connecting additional plugins, incorporating custom code, and configuring the system to automatically generate barcodes and labels when orders reach the processed status in the admin system. Also, committed to the ongoing optimization of processes, particularly focusing on seasonal holiday periods, to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
