Sometimes, the best solution isn't on the market – it's the one you build yourself. After struggling with third-party software that never quite fit our workflow, we decided to continue adapting our processes to external tools or create something perfectly tailored to our needs.

The existing solutions were like trying to fit square pegs into round holes. Sure, they tracked time, but they couldn't seamlessly integrate with our project management systems, lacked the financial reporting we needed, and failed to provide the holistic view of operations our teams required.

"We kept hitting the same frustrating limitations", recalls our CTO. "Every time we needed a critical feature, we'd hit a wall.
