• 6+ years of professional experience with WordPress;
• Proven leadership background (Team Lead / Tech Lead): task planning, code reviews, mentoring junior developers;
• Deep knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and performance optimization;
• Hands-on experience building custom plugins, themes, and tailored solutions;
• Strong experience with WooCommerce (customization, scaling);
• Proficiency with popular plugins (caching, security, multilingual, SEO);
• Experience with API integrations and third-party services (incl. payment gateways: PayPal, Stripe, LiqPay, Fondy);
• Solid skills with Advanced Custom Fields, Gutenberg, and custom Gutenberg Blocks;
• Strong front-end knowledge: HTML5, CSS3, JS/ES6, jQuery;
• Experience with Git (CI/CD, code review, Git Flow or similar practices);
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
