The client needed more than a website - they needed a flexible, scalable HR platform capable of supporting recruiters across languages, roles, and workflows. The biggest challenge was creating six fully custom calculators that handle complex formulas while staying intuitive enough for non-technical users.

At the same time, the system had to maintain lightning-fast performance, support growth into new markets, and deliver the precision expected from Swiss business software.

And to top it off, the entire platform had to run seamlessly in three languages (DE, FR, EN) without content drift or translation inconsistencies ⚡
