selling the invisible: a digital experience for an unbuilt icon

Realco had to convince companies to commit to a space that existed only in renders and plans. The website had to help potential tenants feel BC Hero’s atmosphere, understand the value of WELL Gold certification, and see it as a serious, future-proof investment.

At the same time, the platform needed to stay flexible: construction details, amenities, and visuals would evolve, so the website had to grow alongside the building rather than remain a static brochure.
